2. Accounts and access
Some features require an approved account. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Account approval does not guarantee that every feature is available.
3. Your images and content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You must own that content or have permission to upload, edit and use it, including any necessary permissions relating to people, trademarks and third-party material. You give us permission to store, transmit and process your content as needed to provide the service and respond to support requests.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware or access another customer’s information. Vehicle images must not misrepresent a vehicle’s condition, equipment or features.
5. AI results and availability
AI-generated or edited images may contain mistakes. Review results before publishing or relying on them. Examples and background concepts are illustrative. Features may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or staged releases; we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result.
6. Prices, credits and payments
Where paid services are available, applicable prices, currency, taxes and credit requirements will be shown before purchase. Automatic recharge requires your authorisation and can be managed in your account when available. Contact us about incorrect charges, failed services or refund requests. Nothing in these terms removes any refund or other remedy required by law.
7. Intellectual property
Motor Pixel Ai’s website, software, branding and supplied assets are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them only as permitted by the service or with the rights holder’s permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of your original content to us or guarantee exclusive rights in AI-generated output.
8. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and contact us to close your account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, non-payment or legal obligations. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Closure does not remove outstanding payment obligations or rights arising before closure.
9. Responsibility and your rights
You are responsible for your use and publication of content. Our responsibility for the service is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under New Zealand consumer law.
